i hired an attorney for my bankruptcy we went chapter 7 he didnt file a paper in time after a year
got me kicked of of chapter 7 i had to file 13 wad

If your lawyer failed to file a paper (I assume the certificate of your second class), then your attorney may be labile for malpractice. I say "may be" as it is hard to say based on what you have said. I would find another bankruptcy lawyer in your locale to look at your case and see if there is actionable negligence.
