Of course you can. But you have to prove damages. What was the result of the attorney's miscalculations and not being available for advice? Did you not receive a discharge of your debts? Did you lose property you otherwise would not have? You should consult with a different, and experienced, bankruptcy attorney in your area to go over your situation in detail and advise you on your options.
Probably your better option is to either report the attorney to your state bar for failure to return your calls or be available for advice (depending on what the actual facts are).
