I Filed chapter 7 bankruptcy March 2004, at that time the rules for filing bankruptcy again was 7
yrs. Now in 2005 the rules were changed to 8 yrs to file bankruptcy again. Do I go by the rules of
2004 to file bankruptcy again in 2011?
