When looking for a chapter 7 bankruptcy attorney, to handle your case pro bono, you should do an online search for keywords such as pro bono attorney, pro bono bankruptcy attorney, pro bono chapter 7 bankruptcy attorney, pro bono chapter 7, legal services bankruptcy, pro bono debt relief agency, etc.

I have responded to your inquiry according to the laws of Massachusetts, where I practice. Laws can vary significantly from state to state and cases tend to be rather fact-specific, so you are best served by consulting with a knowledgeable attorney in weighing your options.
